My Path to Becoming a Professional Life Coach in South Africa
And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.
Anaïs Nin

I know what it’s like to feel like you’re doing everything you must, but nothing feels right.
A Crossroads (& a Confession)
It’s hard to admit, but I never believed in life coaching. My thinking was, “If you need to talk, go to a psychologist.”
Then my crossroads hit me. They grew tired of being ignored. On paper, my life was good. I had a successful career as a writer, but I felt completely stuck. Life was limbo. I knew I needed a change, but I had no idea which direction to take.
So, I took a plunge and booked a session with a coach. That decision changed everything. Coaching didn’t magically fix my life; it’s my life, after all. But it helped me choose a path. It gave me the skills to address challenges and, best of all, to fall in love with me and my life again.
My Philosophy
In short: I want to do good.
My entire coaching philosophy is built on helping people find the same clarity I did, to guide you toward your lighter, brighter, and whole life.
I’m not here because I have better answers than you. No, I’m here because you’re more capable than you realise.
My goal is to be your transformational coaching expert. I’ll ask the difficult questions, offer a different perspective, and provide the unwavering support you need to access your truth and find your way forward.
“It’s OK not to be OK.”
