How It Works
Get a Suggestion
Tap “New” to get a random, simple idea for a Joy Break, like sitting outside for 5 minutes or doodling with no goal in mind.
Commit to It
If you like the suggestion, press “Commit” to lock it in for the day.
Take the Break
Take a few moments (around 5 minutes) to complete your Joy Break.
Reflect on It
Afterward, you can write a short, private note about how it felt. This simple act of reflection is a powerful tool for personal growth.
