A life coach is a thinking partner. I don’t give you advice or tell you what to do. Instead, I use active listening and powerful questions to help you get clear on your goals, identify what’s holding you back, and, alongside you, create an actionable plan to move forward. 
It’s a process designed to help you find your own answers.

Therapy is a mental and emotional service focused on healing. It often delves into your past to understand how it shapes your present and is the correct path for treating mental health conditions. 

Coaching is a process focused on personal growth. It’s present and future-focused. We acknowledge your past but don’t analyse it deeply. Instead, we work together to build momentum and get you where you want to go.

While a life coach doesn’t diagnose or treat clinical anxiety, coaching can be a powerful support for managing feelings of stress and overwhelm. 
We work on building resilience, developing practical coping strategies, and reframing the negative thought patterns that often fuel anxious feelings, helping you move forward with more confidence.

The Process & Sessions

You lead the way. You bring the topic that’s most present for you, and I’ll create a safe space for you to explore it. Some sessions are deeply emotional, some are strategic and action-oriented. All are 100% confidential and focused on you.

It varies for everyone. Some people feel a shift after the first session; for others, it’s a gradual process of building awareness and implementing small changes. This is about progress, not perfection.

Yes, 100%. Our sessions are a safe and confidential space for you to be open and honest without fear of judgment. This is a foundational principle of the coaching relationship.
However, according to the South African law, if you disclose anything illegal or harmful towards yourself or others, I must reach out to the authorities.

Not at all. All my coaching sessions are held online, so I work with clients across South Africa and around the world.
